RHS ARMM with the Medical Team, led by Dr. Tahil from Department of Health—Basilan supported as standby medical team inside Basilan PPO while waiting for the arrival of newly assigned PNP personnel thereat from NCR. In the initial phase of Medical Team activities, PCINSP JONATHAN TACLIN provided Medical Evaluation Forms to be filled-out by the PNP personnel prior their vital signs have been checked. Data required for in that form are the Demographic Profile, Personal History, and Medical History. PCINSP FRANKLY JOHN DEDEL, RHS ARMM Medical Officer, conducted a medical interview and physical examination for the Task Force Basilan personnel. Physical Profiling is done for categorizing the current clinical condition of every personnel to whether an individual is P1, P2, P3T, P3R, or P4according to the level outcome of their Medical Evaluation. PSINSP ROEL GREFALDEO, RHS ARMM Dental Officer, conducted a Dental Check-Up and eventually updating the Dental Records of these newly assigned PNP personnel from NCR. PCINSP MICHELLE DEIPARINE and PCINSP ALVIN SALIALAM conducted a one-on- one Psychosocial Counseling and Stress Debriefing to these 54 Task Force Basilan personnel. The process included the following: (1) Encouraging each personnel to verbalize feelings and concerns associated with the reassignment, (2) Uplifting morale, and (3) Offering psychosocial and emotional support, all of these done in a non-judgmental approach.
