RACPTD and TWG Meeting and Oath Taking Ceremony

PRO-ARMM holds its first Regional Advisory Council for Transformation and Development and Technical Working Group meeting and Oath Taking Ceremony for new members of Regional Advisory Council (RAC) at Al Nor Convention Center, Cotabato City on February 28, 2017 at 1:00PM.

During the meeting, the objectives of Performance Governance System in implementing plans and programs and the formulation of solutions to the pressing issues of PRO-ARMM were discussed.

Atty. LAISA A ALAMIA, Executive Secretary of the Office of the Regional Governor-ARMM, Chairperson, RACPTD together with PSSUPT ROLANDO B ANDUYAN, Acting DRDO, Vice-Chairman, TWG of  precided the said meeting and commenced it by determining the qourum followed by the acknowledgement of the presence of PCSUPT REUBEN THEODORE C SINDAC, Regional Director, PRO ARMM who was also in attendance  to officially administer the oath-taking ceremony of the new advisory council members .

PCI JEFFREY S ATTUNAGA, Head Secretariat, RPSMU introduced  each members of the TWG and the RACPTD and also presented the Audio Visual Presentation of the updates on the continuing transformation journey of the PNP thru the PNP P.A.T.R.O.L. Plan 2030 followed by the updates status and concerns of the RPSMU of this PRO.
 
The salient point discussed were as follows: On the functionalities of the RPSMU on the aspect of the regular meeting of the Regional Advisory Council for Police Transformation and Development with TWG to be reactivated as suggested by Prof. Maria Ma. M. Echavez, RACPTD member, Academe Sector. PSSUPT ANDUYAN recommended to send a copy of the scorecard  and charter statement of this PRO to the advisory council members , as well.
 
On the aspects of the issues and concern on the side of the external stakeholders, the body recommended to have a separate meeting composed of DILG, NAPOLCOM and PNP to discuss selection, promotion and reassignment of PNP personnel issues.
 
The Chairperson, RACPTD resolved the issues raised by the body and concurred the following motions by recommendation to the make resolutions and to have a regular meeting.
 
PCSUPT SINDAC administered the oath of the new advisory council member from the business and religious sector and ended the program with his way forward message.
