PCSUPT REUBEN THEODORE C SINDAC Message

Regional Director REUBEN THEODORE C SINDAC message during his Turn Over Ceremony

In the name of God, the Supreme Being, the Compassionate and the Merciful, we are here today. And to Him, I am most eternally grateful.

AMENITIES…Ladies and gentlemen, good afternoon. ‘’ASSALAMU Alaykum’’

Today , we  mark another change in the rich culture and history of this region.

At the onset, kindly allow me to express my profound gratitude to the top leaders of the Philippine National Police led by our highly esteemed Chief PNP, Police Director General Ronald ‘’Bato’’ Dela Rosa, our DILG Secretary and NAPOLCOM Chair Ismael ‘’Mike’’ D Sueno; to the USEC FOR Peace and Order Catalino S. Cuy; and to our President, President Rodrigo Roa Duterte, for their trust and confidence in designating me as your Regional Director, PRO-ARMM and thus, giving me this distinct opportunity to be one with them in the national campaign against illegal drugs, crime and corruption.

I will try my best to keep this speech short, ‘lest I provide an anti-climax to the prevailing Christmas spirit running high in our midst on this beautiful day.

After all, today is not about me but it is about my predecessor, Police Chief Supt. Agripino ‘’JV’’ G Javier your outgoing regional director, who has done an outstanding job while serving as your RD here, so much so that he was given another Region not too far from us, for him to further spread his unique brand of leadership in Police Regional Office 10.

To JV, we will build upon your accomplishments. We will pursue with what you have started with as much, if not more vigor, passion and dedication.

We will pick up from where Police Chief Supt Javier has left off and we will proceed from there. We will cover the areas he was not able to cover given the short time that was allowed to him.

Let us make that mark and move forward by continuing to work toward making ourselves more relevant to our fellowmen and to the people we have sworn to serve and to protect.

This is a golden time for us in the police service. With a very supportive President and an equally strong-willed PNP Chief, we have no excuse not to do what is right and what is best for the people of ARMM.

To the men and women of PRO-ARMM, I commit myself to work with you, to stand by you, to struggle with you and even, to play with you in every endeavor. Your needs, both professional and personal, will be addressed. No one among us must be left behind in our quest to bring true and lasting PEACE in this part of our country.
I have no special policies that may only tend to confuse you. My policies are the policies of the national headquarters, only with a twist.

We will continue to implement them, yes, but we will sustain our efforts on a higher note and fulfill our every duty, our every ordinary task – in an extraordinary way.

From hereon, we will make every day , every week and every month count. Nothing else will matter but our common WILL to succeed. Nothing should ever divide us. Not religion, not ethic background nor political color, not source of commission nor education.

We must all work together as ONE police force and forge ahead.

May God bless as all! And Merry Christmas!
